JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In 164 Cr. P. C. statement of the victim, age of the victim has been stated to be 23 years. She has stated that she solemnized the marriage with the petitioner out of her own sweet will on 18.5.2018. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 3.2.2021.
