JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board')

2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Board indicating that the admissible dues of the petitioner have been calculated which comes to Rs. 16,95,100/-. Learned counsel for the Board had produced cheque of the aforesaid amount which has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.

3. In view thereof, it is not in dispute that except for E.P.F., the Board has discharged its duty. Even with regard to E.P.F., learned counsel for the Board submitted that they have forwarded what was required on their part relating to the petitioner to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10554 of 2017 dt.11-09-2018 2/2 Employees Provident Fund Organization, which is required to pay such dues to the petitioner.

4. As the E.P.F.O. is not party in the present writ application, the Court cannot issue any direction in that regard.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum/authority with regard to payment of his remaining admitted dues, if any, expeditiously.
