Taking note of this fact that it is the petitioner who cut the leg of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Runisaidpur P. S. case no. 69/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 577/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
