The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakia P.S. Case No. 148 of 2013 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant-complainant alleged that Nehal Kaisar sold a piece of land in favour of the informant on consideration amount of Rs. 75,000/- but, later on, the informant came to know that Nehal Kaisar had already sold the same piece of land to someone else. The informant made the only allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner was present with Nehal Kaisar. It is submitted that the petitioner is neither a witness nor induced the informant to purchase the land. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

No.32907 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Chakia P.S.
