JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was lodged in the year, 2000 and petitioner surrendered in this case on 19-04-2015 when one coaccused got acquitted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 16 of 2000 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 210 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
