2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this case, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.2 to 6 in which Annexure-A, B, C and D indicates that the respondents have decided to make payment to the petitioner and upon calculation of the payment, petitioner is satisfied but, only submits that statutory interest has not been calculated.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.5672 of 2018(4) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 calculation has been made and chart of calculation has been annexed.

4. Upon specific question that whether payment has been made or not, counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instruction from the client, he has not received the payment.

5. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent to assure the payment within two weeks in the account of the petitioner.

6. Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that upon receiving the payment, he may further claim for statutory interest by way of filing representation before the concerned authority.

7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
