Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case no. 13 of 2019 registered under sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, accused persons after stopping the informant assaulted with iron rod and also snatched Rs 6,000/- from his possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and the

Both parties have compromised the present case and counter case and compromise petition has been filed as Annexure 4 to the petition. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case no. 13 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
