The alleged occurrence took place on 19.10.2014 and it is alleged that petitioner nos.2 and 3 assaulted the deceased by means of lathi.
Fardbeyan of the deceased was recorded on the next date of the occurrence and in course of treatment, he died on 4.11.2014. Post mortem report of the deceased reveals that one injury was found on the head of the deceased whereas another injury was found on his right hand. The head injury of the deceased became fatal for deceased. Petitioners are in jail custody since 9.2.2015 and the alleged
