Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petition with respect to petitioner no. 1, Laldeo Rai was dismissed as withdrawn on 28.11.2022. So far as, rest petitioners are concerned, they apprehend their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 555 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35479 of 2022(4) dt.04-01-2023 2/3 2020, registered for offence punishable under section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant's sister was married to co-accused Subodh Kumar. She became traceless. The informant expressed his firm belief that the accused persons after killing his sister, had concealed her dead body.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are cousin brother of husband of the deceased and they had no relation with the matrimonial affairs of the couple, they have falsely been implicated in this case. The learned counsel has also submitted that the husband of the deceased Subodh Kumar has been granted regular bail by this Court. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering that the petitioners are the far relatives of the husband of the deceased and they are supposed to have no concern with the matrimonial relations of the couple, let petitioner nos. 2 and 3 in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
