1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R, it is alleged that this petitioner gave knife blow to the informant which hit him on his cheek in which he sustained injury.

4. It is submitted that the accusation of assault alleged against this petitioner is false and concocted. Case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.
