JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 Heard Sri Y.C. Verma, learned senior counsel, assisted by Sri Anuj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Renu Kumari , learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected mainly on the ground that petitioner was husband of the deceased. By order dated 4.5.2016 report was called for from the court below which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. The report indicates that after framing of charge till the date of report four prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Accordingly it would be difficult for this court to review its earlier order. Accordingly the prayer for bail again stands rejected. Accordingly it is further observed that the learned Trial Judge may take steps for early disposal of the case. The learned Trial Judge is required to take up the case at least twice in a week.
