Patna High Court CWJC No.6039 of 2018(9) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder the G.P.F. amount for the period 10.10. 1974 to 13.02.1985 has been calculated and the same comes to a sum of Rs. 62,272.00 for which a cheque has been produced before this Court and the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the order dated 15.09.2019.
In such view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court stands complied with, hence the bailable warrants issued against the respondent nos. 6 to 9 is taken back. The personal appearance of the respondent nos. 6 to 9 is exempted.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the departmental authority and in case the same is not redressed, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate contempt application.
