2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 354 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to have in drunken state and started to molest the daughter of the informant and on protest, petitioner assaulted the informant on his head by means of iron rod and also cut his finger as well as also assaulted the son-in-law namely, Anil Manjhi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has

He further submits that there is land dispute between the parties and the alleged injured Anil Manjhi is the full brother of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition is in custody since 26.02.2024.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024.
