2. Petitioner's counsel submits that no benefit of ACP has been granted to him though he has been promoted to ClassIII post, granting him seniority w.e.f. 29-12-1997 in compliance of the order passed on his earlier writ petition (CWJC No. 3883 of 1998).

3. Petitioner's counsel confines himself to the benefit under the ACP Scheme for which he has represented before the Authorities, namely, Director, Employment and Training, Bihar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1084 of 2021(6) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 Patna (Respondent No.3) by a representation dated 23-06-2022, copy of which is Annexure-14 to the supplementary affidavit.

4. In view of such limited submission, Respondent no.3 should take a final decision on the petitioner's claim within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
