1. The Writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:- That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs and order/orders in the nature of Certiorari for quashing

Patna High Court CWJC No.4628 of 2018 dt.24-06-2025 2/3 the notice dated 20.11.2017 passed in Certificate Case No.

1/17-18 by the District Certificate Officer, Jehanabad which has bill issued u/s 7 of the Bihar & Orissa PDR Act, 1914 to the petitionr for recovery of Rs. 36,84,476/- and further to quash the whole certificate proceeding started in the Certificate Case No. 1/17-18 by the District Certificate Officer, Jehanabad and further for any other relief/ reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case.

2. The Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner initially filed a Writ petition No. 15081 of 2016 which was disposed of by this Court on 02.12.2021 and this Court directed the authorities to make payment of entire retiral dues including entire salary for the period of suspension minus already paid amount. The suspension period was in between 08.03.1999 to 30.11.2000. If any recovery has been made from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4628 of 2018 dt.24-06-2025 3/3 petitioner in pursuance of the impugned order that would also be refunded to the petitioner.

3. Further, the Learned counsel for the petitioner reported the Court that the petitioner is no more. If the petitioner is no more then the Writ petition could not be prosecuted. If at all, the legal heirs of the petitioner have any grievances against the authorities for receiving the balance amount of the payment, they can make representation before the concerned authority.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
