JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 31.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.64527 of 2021 as petitioner was alleged to have committed rape upon the informant and thereafter, used to blackmail her as the act was video recorded.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that petitioner in judicial custody is suffering from liver problem and is not getting the proper medical attention. The learned trial Court is directed to ensure that if what has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is correct, then all necessary medical examination of
