JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 28.12.2011 passed in Case No.237 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
