Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he was caught by the villagers while he along with one co-accused was fleeing after snatching mobile of the informant. The snatched mobile is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 16.5.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Ghoshi P.S. Case no. 110/2015.
