The petitioner is the husband who is in custody in connection with a complaint case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations and that the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2016, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Masauhri, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 72(C)/2012.
