The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 385, 387, 447, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have demanded extortion but the petitioner was apprehended on chase and from his possession, arms and ammunitions were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be the cosharer of the informant. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and arms was transplanted. Recovery of arms was not made by the police, rather the same was said to have been made by the public.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
