The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2016 in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there was dispute between them and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24475 of 2016 (2) dt.02-06-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016.
