JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2021 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Supply Case No. 207 of 2019 by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur, Vaishali whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing License No. 01 of 2017, has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to assail the aforesaid order dated 21.01.2020 by filing appropriate appeal before the Appellate Authority.
