BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of appropriate writ/order/orders for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on Class-IV post in Collectrate of Gaya District after preparing a panel as the petitioners were appointed on daily wages on 19.05.1990 against the vacant post of sweeper in Anugrah Narain Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya and they were working till May, 1995."

Patna High Court CWJC No.1109 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 Perusal of the records it is evident that there is no document in support of the petitioner's prayer. Therefore, the petitioners are permitted to file a detailed representation to the concerned authority so as to examine that the petitioners are entitled to be regularization/absorption/appointment to any one of the Class-IV post in Collectrate of Gaya District or not? If such representation is submitted, the concerned respondent, i.e. the District Magistrate, Gaya is hereby directed to decide the petitioners' grievance within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation to be submitted by the petitioners. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
