Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it would appear from perusal of para-15 of the case diary that all of a sudden police arrested one Sooraj Kumar who made his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner and only on the basis of aforesaid confessional statement petitioner was made accused and charge sheet was submitted against him.
