2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 37 of 2024 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a/26(i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have participated in the dacoity committed in the town of Munger.

4. Apart from 3 self-inculpatory statements of the co-accused, the petitioner has also given self-inculpatory statement in his confession about him, having participated in the crime.

5. Materials have also come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. The petitioner is in jail since 12.01.2023.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
