The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 459 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons conspired together and committed murder of informant's father.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion due to old land dispute between the parties and a title suit no. 109 of 2008 is pending between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Case No. 459 of 2020.
