JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, there was land dispute between the parties and co-accused, Pawan Yadav gave several brick blows on the head of the deceased as a result of which, the deceased died. So far as petitioners are concerned; it is only stated that they were being members of unlawful assembly assaulted the deceased and others with fists and slaps.

Accordingly, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32634 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 each in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
