The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 30(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 2016. Considering the nature of the offence, the allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR, the period undergone by him in custody as an under-trial prisoner and the statement made in para 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection

(a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed;

(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
