2. The present appeal has been preferred:

"against the order dated 25.02.2026, passed in Misc. Case No.-13/2019, whereby and whereunder an application filed by the appellate under Order-XXI, Rule-58 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been dismissed by the learned Sub-Judge 1st, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jehanabad, without adjudicating the right, title and interest of the appellant, over the property which have been brought in the subject matter of

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellants submit that they shall be approaching the concerned authority/court for the redressal of the grievance.
