The petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case No. 499 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 494 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 370(4), 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.02.2022.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed and one witness has already been examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial
