The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case Rail Thana (Danapur) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case approx 10 liters liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody in this case since 18.02.2019.

Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34968 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Railway Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Special Case No. 1895 of 2019 arising out of Danapur Rail P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019.
