The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 366A, 511 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(xii) of the SC/ST Act.

The petitioner is auto rickshaw driver. The informant was going on the auto rickshaw, but the petitioner diverted the auto rickshaw to a lonely place and made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant. On alarm the petitioner was apprehended. The petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months for an attempt to kidnap the victim, the petitioner above named is
