JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2023 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The grievance of the petitioner is that the order, dated 09.06.2016, passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hathua (competent authority), in L. D. Case No. 55 of 2015-16, under the provisions of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (in short, 'the Act') is not being complied by the Circle Officer, Hathua. He further submits that on the applications made by the petitioner to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hathua, the Circle Officer, Hathua, was repeatedly directed to comply with the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hathua, but the same is not being complied. Be that as it may, as per Section 15 of the Act, there is
Patna High Court CWJC No.10685 of 2017(3) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 a provision of execution of the order passed by the competent authority.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to take steps for execution of the order, dated 09.06.2016, passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hathua (competent authority), in L. D. Case No. 55 of 2015-16, under Section 15 of the Act in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
