JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case there was demand of dowry in the form of motorcycle and gold chain and due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry, she was subjected to torture both mental and physical and, lastly she was set on fire by

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that after investigation, the police submitted final form against these petitioners but cognizance has been taken against them by the learned court below. Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is unmarried sister of the deceased and petitioner nos.3 and 4 are married Nand and Nandoshi (brother-in-law). It is also submitted that petitioner nos.3 and 4 reside in Rajasthan. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/successor Court in connection with Hulashganj P.S.Case No.116 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall
