Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-a)a/26 of the Arms Act.

According to the F.I.R. the petitioner was apprehended while he was fleeing away from the house of Shabir Ali during the course of raid and from his possession one country made pistol along with three cartridges were recovered On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2015 and as per the allegation one country made pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that petitioner may be released after completion of six months in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29379 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 custody from 27.04.2015.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 27.04.2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 (Sudhir Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
