The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 353, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, different sections of Arms Act, Explosive Substance Act, U.A.P. Act and under section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The informant, a police officer, got information that some Naxalites have come in a forest with a view to commit some serious crime. On such raid was conducted. The petitioner was not arrested on the spot and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is, of course, accused in many other cases but all the cases are lodged at the instance of the police as father of the petitioner had lodged complaint case against police officials. The petitioner is in jail since 03.03.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28394 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhay Srivastav, learned Chief Magistrate, 1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 13/2014.
