The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that accused persons came and assaulted his mother-in-law, Kamrun Nisha with fists and slaps. Thereafter accused Kayum brought lamp and poured kerosene oil and set her mother-in-law ablaze. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.04.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner and the allegation of burning is against Kayum, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
