It would appear from perusal of the first information report that firing was going on between two groups and unfortunately, deceased sustained injury in the aforesaid firing. Petitioner is said to be leading one group of aforesaid firing. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
