The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Om Prakash Giri. The petitioner was arrested on 04.04.2015 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014.
