The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.377 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 29.11.2022, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court. The learned Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation.
