2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved earlier before this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4101 of 2013 and for whose compliance, he has filed M.J.C. No. 588 of 2016 which was disposed of on 07.08.2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has filed another M.J.C. No. 389 of 2018, which is still pending and during pendency of the M.J.C., he has filed a fresh writ petition and the prayer of the writ petition covers the prayers of M.J.C. No. 389 of 2018.
