The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case no. 130 of 2012, registered under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and Nand of the deceased, daughter of the informant and they have falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33380 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 implicated in this case. Further submission is that, in fact, the deceased sustained burn injury in course of cooking meal, but due to misunderstanding, the informant, who is father of the deceased lodged the present case, but after realizing the said fact, he filed an application to that effect in the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gopalganj.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 130 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
