JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 02.09.2015 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in prayer portion of his petition in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bettiah, West Champaran, it has wrongly been typed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran and the same defect has occurred in order no.2 dated 17.8.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of his petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no.2 dated 17.8.2015 in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, it be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate Bettiah, West Champaran. Accordingly, the above stated order dated 17.8.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
