2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for payment pay the salary of the working period 01.02.2017 to 31.01.2019 of the petitioner as respondents appointed on the basis of the contract benefit w.e.f. 01.02.2017 to 31.01.2019 and further issue direction to respondents pay the salary on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.313 of 2021 dt.12-01-2022 2/2 period of the contract along with interest 11% per annum till date of full and final payment further give other legal consequential benefit attached to the post."

4. Short question for consideration in the present petition is whether the petitioner is entitled to salary along with interest or not?

5. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
