The present petition has been preferred for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari any other appropriate writ for quashing the selection of Respondent no.5 on the post of Anganbari Sewika of Ward No.5 Khashpur II, Gonwa Gram Panchayat Naubatpur, Patna on 13.1.2018 vide letter no.33 as contained in annexure-3 to this petition.
3. Learned State Counsel with the help of counter affidavit submits that the petitioner was not applicant to the said
Patna High Court CWJC No.4819 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 selection process and in any case, she has alternative remedy but has straightway approach this Court.
4. Be that as it may, since no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
