2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 76 of 2026 arising out of Gidhaur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case as he is the father-in-law of the deceased and he along with his wife used to stay away from the deceased. He also submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 76 of 2026 arising out of Gidhaur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025.
