The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended the petitioner and one Deepak Singh and from their possession loaded country made pistols and live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is said to have disclosed that real name of Deepak Singh is Akash Kumar who got a forged identity card in the name of Deepak Singh. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 23.10.2014 and has already remained in jail for more than ten months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38713 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in Chapra Town P.S.
