Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was forcibly taken away by the petitioner on bicycle and she was confined by the petitioner for the period of two months 20 days but in the same statement, she admitted that it is the petitioner who dropped her at Areraj and again, she stated that she wants to go along with the petitioner. The first information report discloses that the petitioner is neighbour of the victim.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid fact goes to show that there was sweet relation between petitioner and the victim and the victim left her home by her own

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, East Champaran at Motihari in Govindganj P.S. Case no. 134/2015.
