The petitioner seeks bail in Jaipur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 17.250 litres of foreign liquor and 22.800 litres of country made liquor have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is further alleged that one country made pistol loaded with seven cartridges have also been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

No.33204 of 2019(4) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 Keeping in view the clean antecedent of the petitioner and period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeII, Banka, in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
