One country-made pistol along with magazine containing two cartridges as well as some ornaments and cash are said to have recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, he is in jail custody since 30-112013. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Atulvir Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Madhubani subject to condition that the petitioner shall attend the trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32274 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 court, in person, on each and every date for the period of 6 months or till conclusion of the trial, whichever is earlier and if, he fails to do so, on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
